Our Story

LB Galbearth started his radio show, “Making Changes to Make Change,” in January 2017. Just a month later, he founded GIL LLC in Kansas City, Missouri.

It has been LB’s lifelong dream to take all the leadership experience he has gathered and learned from more than 20 years of military, civilian employment, college, university, conference, and life experience. He’s always wanted to give back to the community at large in a constructive way. Through his hard work and dedication, he was able to turn his dream into reality.

LB will continue to use all aspects of media to produce a quality product that transforms lives and causes the unattended to become aware of the greatness inside of them. He believes that it is not how you start, but how you finish, that matters.

GIL LLC and “Making Changes to Make Change” provide the highest quality of service through motivational speaking, mediation, teaching, training, mentoring, facilitating, and coaching via all media platforms. Our mission is to lift lids on capped potential and help release the raw talent that we all possess to make a better society for all.
